In the case of their ribs, for instance, expect to find fall off of the bone perfection. You don't have to worry about asking for something you want here because the owners and the staff want to make sure that you and every customer are well satisfied. You may not believe it, but we actually recommend the brussel sprouts. We have to mention the bartenders as well.
